The original Ziellenbachhaus was destroyed in World War II, reconstructed on the same spot during the 1960s and reoccupied by the traditional company Ziellenbach. Together with the C&A store opposite, the building forms the gateway to the pedestrian zone along Friedrichstrasse.
The office and retail property comprises five floors above ground plus one basement with 31 underground car parking spaces and archive space.

The ground floor is divided into two areas. The area facing Sankt-Anton-Strasse is a service centre operated by a health insurer. The adjoining areas fronting the pedestrian zone are occupied by retail and restaurant space.
The contemporary office space on the upper floors is flexible for all types of layout and leaves nothing be desired in terms of tenant requirements. In addition to its prime location and striking architecture, the building benefits from the particular attention paid to sustainability aspects.
DGNB gold certification applied for
ERWE Immobilien AG has a consistent and holistic approach to sustainability and has already planned its application for a DGNB gold certification. DGNB certifications are awards for sustainability in construction. The DGNB system is based on the three central sustainability criteria ecology, economy and socio-cultural aspects, which are weighted equally in the assessment.
In terms of the holistic assessment, the DGNB system also evaluates the location plus technical and process-related qualities. The building’s performance in these categories is assessed according to specific certification criteria.
